LUST HAVE IT FEBRUARY 2014

Sunday, 2 March 2014 | | | | |
This month Lust Have It delivered in terms of getting the box out on time (this post is just up late) which made up for the lateness of the last pack. They also wrote a little note letting subscribers know about the new packaging that will be launching in April. A great way to come back from last months service! Well done LHI.
Clairol Professional Colour Radiance Shampoo 250mL RRP $13.95
I haven't tried anything from the Clairol range despite receiving a small sample of a mask in a recent subscription box. I really like testing out shampoo and conditioners before buying them and this size is great for getting a couple of uses.

Clairol Professional Expand Volume Mousse 250mL RRP $19.50
I'm not really an avid mousse user because I prefer to air dry my hair and I find mousse work best with heat styling however I will use this in the future.
Vaseline Healthy Radiance Anti-aging lotion 750mL RRP $16.29
This is my favourite body lotion so although I'm disappointed about not trying something new I know that I'll use it. If you haven't tried Vaseline body lotions you need too!

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel 60mL RRP $65
I really like testing out masks, especially more expensive ones, before I invest in them so the inclusion of this peel gets a big thumbs up from me. This is meant to lighten hyper pigmentation, exfoliate, brighten and reduce fine lines. I'm really excited to use this!
The Cosmetic Kitchen Eyeshadow RRP $22.50 (full-size)
I have been in touch with The Cosmetic Kitchen in the past and I am currently trying out a foundation sample from them. It's a cute little store in Newton that I'm dying to visit so I was super excited to see them feature in this box! I've been dipping my toes more and more in mineral make up and slowly warming up to the idea of loose powders. I'm not a huge fan of the metallic green shade I received but I will try to play around with it and see if I can make it work.

The Cosmetic Kitchen Brush RRP $22.50 (fullsize)
You can't go wrong with a super soft brush and this one is heavenly! I cannot wait too use it.

Hand Spa Bijoux RRP $1.50
Sometimes there are just the most random inclusions in the LHI packs and this is one of them. This is a wipe infused with hyaluronic acid, glycerin and is designed to deeply nourish. I will try it but it's not something I'm super excited about.

Overall I'm impressed with this months LHI box. I like the range of hair, skin, body and make up products included in the pack. I also think LHI bounced back from lateness and poor communication last month well by keeping us 'in the loop' about the packaging and getting the packs out early.

What did you think of this month's box?

  4. That brush is so reminiscent of the ecotools one! And that green apple peel sounds promising.
