Yesterday was my birthday and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who wished me Happy Birthday throughout the day. All the tweets, comments on my blog and Instagram were overwhelming - I love you guys! This month has been a busy one with various events and going back to university. I've discovered a few new products I've been loving and reached for some different bits as well.
Lush Mask of Magnaminty
I've been wanting to try this for a very long time but it always seems to be out of stock when I go to purchase it. I was in need of a clay mask after finishing my last one, I was noticing my skin looking a little 'blah' and needing a good detox. This is fantastic at leaving your skin deeply cleansed, nourished and exfoliated. It is messy to remove but it's all worth it with how it leaves your skin feeling. It also isn't to harsh so you don't feel like you're tugging at your skin which I appreciate.
125g RRP $16.95 from Lush
John Plunketts Glyco Peel* (full review)
I've mentioned this time and time again but it really is a holy grail product for me and I always come back to it in desperate times. This month I had some nasty spots that weren't going away, I started applying this every day and within three days the blemish marks were virtually gone! Without this it would've taken up to two weeks for those marks too fade. This is literally a wonder product for me that I'll always have in my stash.
15ml RRP $29.95 from Plunkett Pharmaceuticals
Clarins Extra-Comfort Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream* (full review)
My star product for the past two months and easily my favourite morning time cleaner of all time. It's a gorgeous rich, creamy cleanser that is beautiful on the skin. My skin has been feeling a little dry lately so it's perfect for a morning pick me up and it doesn't leave your skin feeling oily like other hydrating cleansers can do.
Available on counters March 31st
Dermalogica Precleanse Wipes*
I wasn't sure what to expect from these but they're really bloody good! I'm a huge lover of the Precleanse solution by Dermalogica so I was excited too see them made into a handy packet of facial wipes. It's the goodness and effectiveness of the solution in a face wipe - perfect.
25 wipes RRP $23 from Dermalogica Australia
Sensational Gel Polish Removal Kit*
I love a good gel manicure. The finish is gorgeous and it's low maintenance but removing it is a bitch! This kit literally came at the perfect time because I had horrid grown out nails that needed attending too. This comes with everything you need; gel polish remover, buffer and enough foil wraps to remove 3 manicures. I'll forever repurchase this kit, it's quick easy and effective.
RRP $24.99 from Priceline
RCK Body Glow*
When this first turned up in the mail I was a bit confused on how it use it. It's a shimmer lotion with a tint of colour. I applied it directly onto my skin, without being fake tanned, and I really didn't like it at all. I'd given up hope until I was doing some more research into how other people were using it and some were saying that it was gorgeous over a tan. They were so right! I just apply it all over and it's the icing on the cake. I would have never thought to use something like this but it really does give you completely airbrushed luminous skin.
150mL RRP $49.99 from Priceline
The Balm Bahama Mama
I have a real love/hate relationship with this bronzer. It's so pigmented and sometimes I find it hard to apply because I'm heavy handed but with the right amount of patience it's gorgeous. It's super blendable so even if you do apply too much it's easily blended out and it's a gorgeous colour when tanned or pale.
RRP $27.95 from David Jones
Maxfactor Excess Volume Mascara*
A newer release from Maxfactor and yet again, they've nailed a mascara. Maxfactor do my favourite mascaras in the 'drugstore' so I was not surprised with how good this is. I'm not a huge fan of two step mascaras in general but I find this one particularly good at holding a curl. I'm going to do a full review on it in a few weeks but if you're a fan of volumising mascaras it's one I would recommend.
On introductory offer $20 at Priceline
Seascape Peppermint Lip Balm
This was sitting next too my bed for a very long time but was completely neglected since I found the Lanolips 101 Ointment. I moved this onto my make up vanity and I'm loving it for applying before any lipsticks. It's very moisturising but doesn't have alot of residue on the lips so you don't need to worry about wiping it off to apply a lipstick.
10mL RRP $15.51 from Look Fantastic
Shanghai Suzy Miss Tegan Cherry Lipstick (full review)
The gorgeous Shanghai Suzy AW14 released this month and I love every shade but this red shade has rekindled my love for all my red shades that have been neglected for so long. The formulation is matte but creamy and gorgeous too apply. If you haven't had a peep at the new collection make sure you do because it's incredible - you will not be disappointed.
RRP $12.95 from Shanghai Suzy

I feel the exact same way with the Bahama Mama! I think I apply too much it makes my face look muddy. Haven't used it in awhile, might do it today with a VERY light hand! :) xx
