A Lovely Surprise
The past two weeks I've been testing on the Boots Laboratories Optiva Nourishing Night Cream and I've been very impressed. I think because it's the Boots own name brand I had the preconception that it was going to be pretty average. It just goes to show you shouldn't judge any product before giving it a whirl for yourself. I have a post coming up on three products from the Optiva range so keep your eyes peeled for that!
Long Weekend
How hilarious and sad is this photo? It's my sister Charli from last weekend. My Mum competed in her 10th Ironman competition so I looked after my four younger sisters for her. It was a pretty hard weekend! My sisters range from the age of 1 to 13 so I had all different issues arise throughout the day. It definitely reminded me how amazing my Mum is and appreciate my 'me' time.
Deep Sleep
Recently I've trying out this delicious chamomile tea by Raw Tea. I've been having a mug full every night about an hour before I go too bed. The scent is incredible and it taste so much better then I expected. I don't know if it is this alone but all week I've been sleeping right throughout the night which is a huge huge HUGE deal for me! I don't remember the last time I've been consistently sleeping so well and I think this has alot too do with it.
What has made up your week?
Gotta get me some of that tea. My sleeping habits are disgusting of late. Wish I knew why.
