For a long time I've been wanting to get a bunch of my photos from my phone printed off but wasn't sure on the best way to go about it. I didn't want to compromise the quality or size of photos so I was skepitcal about doing it. Picture Postie popped up in my Instagram feed and also had 30% off at the time so I made an order straight away.
I wasn't aware of this but the services Picture Postie provided are far greater then just printing photos off your iPhone, Instagram, Facebook or Flickr but also are extended to offerings such as magnets, frames and canvases. ALL available easily off the free app downloadable from the App store and soon to come to Androids too.
I placed my order a long time ago so details are hazy. I know I ordered about 60-70 photos and paid around $40 including postage, remembering that at the time there was a 30% off code. It is the cheapest service of it's kind I've found and they're always having offerings so you can get a great deal like I did. I recommend following them on social media because they are always posting new offers.
I placed my order on a Thursday night and my order arrived by the following Monday which I thought was extremely good considering it was an order from a sale period. The photos come in the above envelope and another sturdy cardboard sealed so now of the pictures had any hope in bending or getting creased. The picture quality is completely on point! I printed all my personal Instagram account photos and none of them were compromised in any way so I was happy as it was the one factor I was worried about.
I decided to fill an empty wall in our unit with the photos. I don't think they'll stay there long-term but I think it's nice too see all of the photos on display. In today's day and age most people are snapping photos on their phones rather then a camera so Picture Postie has definitely nailed their services. I would highly recommend them after my experience as I had no qualms with them at all.

This looks great! I definitely need to do this with all my pictures, it's such a great decorative idea :) x
ReplyDeleteI have yet to print any of my photos, but it sounds like a nice idea. I wouldn't have any idea where to put them though.. maybe an album to flip through.
ReplyDeleteOh, this would be such a good way for me to have my holiday photos printed! I've been using Sticky9 to make magnets for my parents fridge, but it would be nice to have photos that aren't magnets.
ReplyDeleteLittle question, do you just use bluetack to stick the pictures to the wall? Mine always fall off when I stick them up with bluetack.
