More Than Adored: WELEDA WILD ROSE DAY CREAM

I'm very particular about my moisturiser for during the day. I don't like anything too heavy because my skin does become oily throughout the day and if I use something that's too much it can contribute to my make up sliding off quicker. The Weleda Wild Rose Smoothing Day Cream* is aimed at dry skin so I was a little worried when I first started trialling it. It's a thick cream that is actually really light in texture but injects alot of moisturise into the skin. I was surprised that it didn't make my make up break apart but I do feel like it's a bit too heavy for me during the day, keeping in mind I do have combination/oily skin.

I think in winter I'll be able to use this because my skin always dries out but in general, for combination/oily skin, I wouldn't recommend it.I think if you have dry skin or like something really hydrating for during the day this would be amazing for you. It's super gentle on the skin and leaves behind a lovely smooth canvas to apply your make up on.
