Travel is an incredible thing – not only do you get to immerse yourself in other cultures and take in spectacular sights, it’s also a chance to sample plenty of local treats and let your hair down. Sounds amazing, right? So what’s the catch? The downside of travel is that it can interfere with daily routines, and many of the things we stick to at home tend to go out the window.
