DATE BLISS BALLS

Here at More Than Adore we love snacking! Trying to eat healthier and snack can be tough but we’ve created this delicious snack ball we know you’ll love. Yep it’s healthy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 30g of dates
- 50g of Goji berries
- 100g of raisins
- 250g almonds
- 100g of sunflower seeds
- splash of coconut oil
- 50g of desiccated coconut

METHOD
1. Using a food processor blitz up the dates, goji berries, raisins, almonds and sunflower seeds to you desired texture. We leave them a little bit chunky but tailored it to what you prefer.
2. Mix in some coconut oil to help stick everything together. We use a 1/4 of a cup at the most.
3. Now you need to roll them! This can be tedious but snacking on the mixture as you go definitely helps. Roll into small balls and then coat in desiccated coconut.

You’re done! Easy right? These bad boys keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks so they’re the perfect lunch box snack.
