THE WEEKLY NOTES #35 a new routine, book recommendations & a new beauty box

HEY PEEPS!

Today’s TWN is going to be a little ramble-y because I’m finally in a really good routine after a struggle to get back into the swing of things after Bali. I’m now starting work at about 7:30-8 and working until 2, going to the gym for a little then returning for some light work like emails and comments in the afternoon. It’s working SUPER well for me and I’m really excited about finding a new routine that suits me best. I’m thinking of doing a post in a day-in-the-life for you guys… Would that be boring? I just think it’d be cool to put together and see how I work. Let me know!

Recently I was sent Good Green Box which is another beauty subscription service based in Australia BUT it’s all non-toxic/organic/natural and cruelty-free. I do appreciate the point of difference and I think there is definitely a place on the market for such a box but I didn’t want to do a whole post on it because I find them a little mundane to write. The value is ace, there is a good variety of make up and skincare within the box so if you’re wanting to opt for a new subscription service then this is definitely for you. For me, I’m a little past the beauty subscription services however I’m considering rejoining Happy Mail because I REALLY miss getting my card obsession fix every month…

Last but certainly not least I have finished two of my favourite things (wah!). My Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Masque is all gone but never fear because I have reordered another one. This is seriously the best mask ever for dry, dehydrated skin and if you leave it one overnight it really doesn’t overload the skin at all. It’s love and everyone must try it! I also finished The Wrong Girl by Zoe Foster Blake in preparation for the TV series that’s coming out sometime this year. It was a fairly easy read but I did enjoy it and I’m keen to see how they transform it into a TV show. Now I need some book recommendations - GO!

How is everyone? What’s been happening?
