The Benefit Cosmetics boxed powders are some of the most hyped face products on the market and for good reason too. The selection boasts a small yet diverse range of blushes and bronzers in this uber cute box packaging that despite being a little gimmicky are very functional. Here are my thoughts on the range.

As I said the packaging is super functional and although some would say it’s clunky there are more impractical blush pans on the market. Each boxed powder comes with a brush that is pretty decent in terms of brushes that comes with products – so much so I’ve kept a couple handy incase I need them in the future. I wouldn’t use them when I have my main collection handy but when in a pinch it’s something you could definitely make worth especially the one that comes with Hoola.

The colour range is fantastic and something I think that the team at Benefit HQ really have nailed. There is 7 blushes in the range ranging from bronzers, to corals and shimmers. I particularly love Hoola, Coralista and Dandelion however every single one in the range is wearable with great a great formulation. The only one I can find a bit tricky to wear is Rockateur as I find it’s best suited to when you’ve got a bit of a tan aka not me most of the time.

Overall I would recommend the boxed powders from Benefit Cosmetics. They’re a great formulation and easy to work with making the higher price tag really worth it!

Oh I love them SO MUCH! I have quite a few now and I love all of them to be honest with you hahha. I started off with Coralista and Sugarbomb and slowly the collections grown just because they’re that great. They’re nothing over the top when it comes to pigmentaiton. Nice & natural flush but definitely buildable – so so good x

I find it so interesting that Benefit mostly release their products one at a time, like all of their boxed powders were released as individual products rather than as a line of blushes, but somehow it always works for them. I’ve had minis of a few of their blushes over the years, but perhaps because they weren’t full size I ended up not really reaching for them very much, so I gave them away to friends and family. They certainly are raved about though, and a lot of them like Hoola and Rockateur are cult favourites for a lot of people. I’ve not tried either of those ones though.
