This week has been a crazy one with a glamorous event, puppy proofing the yard and blogging a CRAZY amount so I can have Monday off. Phew I’m puffed! I hope you’re having a lovely Sunday so far.

EVENTS: If you follow us on Instagram you probably saw the spam of the Miss Universe Australia event last Friday night. I was invited by Elucent Skincare and Isaac came along too. It was such a fun, glamorous event and nothing like anything we had attended before. The girls were all beautiful and the winner Monika was absolutely lovely. We had the best time and I just wanted to thank the Elucent Skincare team again. The whole team is just a gorgeous group of down to earth people which is so refreshing to see in an industry that can be so catty. I also wanted to thank all of you guys for your continued love and support on the blog and social media. You guys are the reason we get to do cool things like this!
GET INVOLVED: About a year ago I used the hashtag #bloggerskeepingitreal on a photo on Instagram and a few of you played along until it got lost in the million other hashtags we all use. Now I want to start it up again as a bit of a fun community! A lot of you reading are bloggers and although most us put up only the glamorous photos the fact of life is there are elements to blogging that aren’t even close to glamorous! Sometimes I find myself doing the most ridiculous things like wiping products down before taking photos or blogging at 9pm in my PJs - you do it too right?!!! Let’s share those moments, be realistic and laugh together so use the hashtag #bloggerskeepingitreal for a bit of fun :)
A NEW FAMILY MEMBER: I’ve been spamming you all on Facebook and Instagram but as you read this we are road tripping up to collect our gorgeous french bulldog Simba who is our newest family member. He is absolutely adorable and we’ve been waiting for this weekend for about a month so we’re super excited. I have set up a Instagram account for me because I know a lot of you won’t want to see me spamming you all day and night so follow @simbathefrenchie_ for loads of cute pictures. Isaac and I will both be running the account which will be fun!
