THIS WEEK’S MORE THAN ADORED #13

Here’s a round up of the products that are worth checking out this week!

We’ll start off with the few make up bits I do have and I’ve been really loving the L’oreal Infallible Concealer for spot concealing lately. The coverage is generous and despite this being a stick concealer I don’t find it to dry when applied. It hasn’t triumphed my Origins concealer but this is a fantastic pharmacy alternative. On my nails I’ve been wearing the OCC Black Dahila and holding onto winter as much as possible. I really love the brush and formulation of these polishes and I’d highly recommend trying them out – Lipstick Republic is the exclusive stockist in Australia of the moment.

Onto some skincare bits and the Avene Gentle Purifying Scrub has opened my eyes to the world of gentle manual exfoliants. In the past I’ve been a ‘go hard or go home’ kind of gal who longs for that really grittiness to a scrub. Now don’t get me wrong I still enjoy other gritty scrubs I’ve just been uncharacteristically thoroughly enjoying the gentleness of this one. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and cleansed without feeling raw or stripped. Another completely new type of product I just adore is this Miod Skin Hydrating Balm that I know you’re all probably sick of me talking about by now but it’s a fantastic balm for dry skin. It is a bit strange to apply at first however once you’re used to it it’s aboustely fine. My skin has never ever felt so soft from a moisturiser. My last favourite is a bit boring but it’s these Crop Double Sided Exfoliating Wipes which have this weird texture on one side. At first I was completely put off convinced that they’d just irritate my skin however it actually helps to remove make up and my skin doesn’t mind it at all.

I was a bit unsure about them because I’ve only known about OCC for their lip products but I honestly adore their nail polishes, loose concentrates and concealer so I think it’s an underrated brands overall really :) x

It’s really great. After writing this I’ve had some problems with my packaging though which is a little annoying.
