ONE PRODUCT EFFORTLESS BEACHY HAIR

Summer is coming and I’m right back into super beachy, effortless hair. It’s so quick and requires no hot tools at all. Here’s my current little routine I’ve been loving.

Let’s start at the start. I like to start this routine on freshly washed hair, it’s the easiest way for me and it requires less work this way. I then put my hair up in one of those sexy microfibre turbans whilst I get dressed and have a snack… You know give it a little time to get most of the moisture out of the hair.

Next I take a 20 cent piece sized amount of the Paul Mitchell Ultimate Wave Beachy Texture Cream Gel onto the hands. This is the only wave cream I’ve gotten on with and I already know it’s going to something I repurchase over and over. It’s so so so important but you really need to scrunch it through thoroughly otherwise it can leave a crunch to the hair after it’s dry. I spend a good five minutes working it through my hair just to be sure!

I’ve had a few people ask me if this will control frizz and I don’t really know. I think this product gives you gorgeous beachy, textured hair but I do have quite frizzy hair anyway and I haven’t noticed it leaving my hair frizz-free.. But then again I always air-dry my hair.

For day two if I’m feeling fancy I like to add a few extra loose waves in random spots. The curl cream really helps hold those waves so come day three adding some dry shampoo does the trick.
