It’s been a while between sharing products I’ve been enjoying and mainly because I didn’t feel as though there was enough for me to create a post about. The past month, during my time offline, I really went through my samples and products I bought and started writing a list of the products I was enjoying. There were some I didn’t enjoy so much and I’ve decided to leave those guys out for a future disappointing product post.

LeQure Detox Bombs*
I’m not a huge bath person in the summer BUT I’ve been trying to get to the gym 3 times a week because I’ve had a good six months off my routine so my lifestyle is slowly changing back to being more healthy and less crappy. These detox bombs are incredible for really drawing out toxins and they make me feel so much better after a long week of exercise and being busy. I must stress how important it is to make sure you’re drinking tonnes of water when using these before they are designed to detoxify you. I’ve been using them every Sunday for the past few weeks and they’re just a really easy way to do a mini detox night at home.

Pureology Strength Cure Superfood Treatment*
When I heard of the superfood release I have to admit I did roll my eyes because it’s a trend driven release. I’m eating my words now because this hair mask is next level amazing and Pureology is fast becoming my go-to vegan-friendly hair brand as I’m now onto my second round of their shampoo and conditioners as well. It just works it manages to detangle, hydrate without being heavy in the hair despite having olive oil as one of the main ingredients. Would I buy this because I saw ‘superfood’ on the tin? No! But it is a fantastic quality mask that is no fuss and easy to use. The only downside, which I find most hair masks I love have, is this tub packaging! Nobody wants to use a tub in the shower.

Minetan Classic Caramel Foam*
You know it’s time to start weekly tanning again when you’re avoiding half your wardrobe because you don’t want to blind people with your pasty legs. I’ve been testing out a few new tans that have hit the market and the one I keep coming back to is Minetan because it has that golden finish with a 1 hour express tan. I was disappointed to say goodbye to other tans I loved going cruelty-free/vegan only, however, this is actually the best colour I’ve found with that 1 hour express tan. It’s easy to apply and wears well so I’m very happy to have tried Minetan now. Oh and it retails for $30 which I think is a great price for a self tan.

Designer Brands Rise & Prime Luminescent Primer
I knew when I tried the foundation from Designer Brands it was going to become a product line I could rely on. I decided to pick up the primer because I finished my Laura Mercier Radiant Primer and just wanted to try something a little more affordable. There is no doubt they are different but this guy is ace to wearing alone if you just wanted a little bit of a glow without adding coverage. I mix it with my SPF and call it a day most weekends but it also mixes really well with foundations. I don’t love the packaging, the foundation is the same, because you literally can never get all the product out but because it’s so affordable I don’t mind so much.

Eye Of Horus Dynasty Brow Fibre Extend
This is actually a repurchase after I was initially sent this as a press sample early this year. I’m at a point with beauty products that I don’t feel the need to try everything so when I find something that works I am happy to stick with it and use that on repeat. This guy is my go-to for no make up days or when my brows are freshly tinted and I don’t need to spend time filling in the gaps with a pencil. He is easy to use and comparable to the Benefit Gimme Brow but cruelty-free and vegan sooo better!

Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery*
If you’ve read my Morning Skincare Routine you’ll know that I love my Ultra products but I have just finished my SPF from them and because of Christmas I can’t afford to buy another until I finish Christmas shopping #truthbomb. I got an email about the Dermalogica SPF’s and I was like ‘hey I’ve used this before and loved them!’ so I decided to swap this guy in for now. What I like about this particular SPF is the freaking ace packaging that has a dial on the side so you can see how far you’ve got left – why the heck can’t all products have that?! AMAZING. It is also rich enough that I don’t layer a moisturizer underneath so it’s hydrating, non-sticky and doesn’t make applying your make up over the top a pain. If you’re looking for an SPF this guy is a winner.

Woohoo! All Natural Deodorant Paste via Flora & Fauna*
When I first switched to vegan/cruelty-free I struggled with two things when it comes to beauty: deodorant and hair removal. I still haven’t figured out the later but for deodorant, I’ve finally found a winner. First off I’m not going to pretend I love the application because I don’t. It sucks. But I’m happy to report, despite being a stinky person, this masks all BO and doesn’t cause irritation on my skin. Hooray! I don’t have anything else to say but it is an ace option if you’re on the hunt for a deodorant that works.

Pure Papaya Care Renew Cream*
This has to be the best smelling moisturiser I have ever ever had. Hands down. It’s super rich but goes onto the skin well and absorbs quickly so you aren’t left feeling sticky or anything like that. Isaac has also been using this on the tail end of his tattoo, it is healed but it just a bit dry, and has found it isn’t causing any irritation (with tattoos always follow your artist advice, not mine!). When I received the press release I was excited because I’ve been using non-CF products on my body to use them up but I feel so much better switching to this!

Grow Gorgeous Hair Growth Serum via Ry.com.au*
As you guys will know I work with RY on a gifting basis when they start stocking new brands (usually) so when I heard about this particular brand I was pretty excited to try them. Now this is just an initial ‘hey I’m liking this so far’ not a ‘omg this is life changing my hair has grown down to my butt’ review. I stopped using hair oils when I went vegan because the ones I love weren’t CF so when I caught wind this was I decided to give it a go in place of my other products. It’s lightweight and doesn’t weigh the hair down but I will keep you posted on the ‘growth’ thing.

Ultraceuticals Ultra Gentle Exfoliating Gel
I don’t care what anyone says about manual exfoliation I LOVE it and so does my skin but I do think it’s important to have a high-quality one that isn’t going to damage your skin. I wrote about this bad boy last week in my Night Time Skin routine but essentially I use this 2-3 times a week and it’s helping reduce blackheads across my nose and is gentle enough that I don’t feel like my skin hates me everytime I use it. Also the tube is MASSIVE so you get alot of bang for your buck.

I have been really wanting to try the Woohoo! deodorant for a while, it sounds so good! I’ve been using a natural one from Alaffia and it’s great, plus it’s in a stick form so it’s much easier to use.
