Smoothies require minimal effort but give a whole lot back as they are full of nutritious and delicious ingredients that everyone loves. Here are some Super Smoothies that will be sure to leave you with glowing skin, a healthy immune system and maybe some super powers… to take on the day ahead.
Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie
Bananas and Peanut Butter seem like an unlikely combination however it is a great one for a smoothie novice who doesn’t want to go full on and use all the fruits and vegetables they own. It is certainly a sneaky way to treat yourself while still gaining some all important nutrients.
- 1 Medium Sized Banana
- 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter (crunchy or soft)
- 1 Cup of Milk
Skin Brightening Smoothie
Packed full of vitamin C; for great skin to make your skin bright and your smile big! You will be feeling good both inside and out.
- 1 Cup of Spinach
- 1 Cup of Pineapple (fresh or tinned)
- 1 Kiwi Fruit
- 1 Freshly Squeezed Orange/Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Water
The Best Breakfast Smoothie
Made for the lazy Sunday morning’s when you’ve had a sleep in and are feeling refreshed, this will make you feel like you’re walking on sunshine before the week starts again.
- 1 Cup of Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice
- 6 Strawberries
A Berry Good Workout Smoothie
Perfect for before or after any workout! This smoothie will give you plenty of energy to power through or to chill out after giving it your all. You can also pair your workout and smoothie with our favourite workout playlist of the moment.
- 1 & 1/2 Cups of Strawberries
- 1 Cup of Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup of Raspberries
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- Lemon Juice
- Ice Cubes (Optional)
Afternoon Avocado Smoothie
Who doesn’t love Avocado? It is certainly looks amazing with toast, eggs and a bright filter, however it is incredibly beneficial in a smoothie when the afternoon is starting to get a bit too long.
- 1 Avocado (peeled and seeded)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 3 Mint Leaves
All of these smoothies are single serve so just double the ingredients if you are making for more than one person. Milk can be changed to water for those of you who are lactose intolerant and ice cubes are always an add on if you want something a little bit cooler.

Ahhh I love smoothies! I’ve never tried avo in a smoothie but it sounds different and nice :)
It gives it a little something different I guess, Avocado literally goes with and in anything these days! :P
