Although later this week I will be sharing my own personal goals for this year I thought it’d be fun to write some resolutions that we all could do in 2016.

  1. Wash our brushes once a week without fail
  2. Always remove our make up properly
  3. Drink more water
  4. Learn to love imperfections
  5. Moisturise daily
  6. And also use SPF on our faces and bodies
  7. Look for cruelty-free alternatives
  8. Use what we have instead of purchasing more
  9. And donate the products we don’t love or won’t use to friends or local charities
  10. Listen to our skin and bodies then act accordingly

What are some of your beauty resolutions for 2016?

Hahaha you had me at number one, and then every single point after! I feel like I’m always good washing my eye brushes because they dry so quickly and are pretty interchangeable! But when it comes to my powder brush especially, I have to pick up the slack! x

I vowed this year to start wearing sunscreen on my face every single day. I started at the end of 2015 because I’m a “do it now” kind of person. It’s been nearly a month and I swear, my skin is completely different now. In a good way!
To drink more water I’m trying a different approach because I always fail with it. I decided to just quit soft drink. I figure if I drink water with meals and order water when I go out instead of soft drink then thats me drinking more water.
I just have to find a way to get myself to wash my makeup brushes and I’m set! lol.

I definitely agree with all of these. Another one that I want to focus on that you’ve mentioned but I didn’t include in my own resolution post is to look for cruelty-free alternatives. I definitely need to do this more!

When I first read this post’s title I thought it was going to be rather bossy, but I actually really loved all your points and they all ring true to me! Well done!
