I’m not one to follow trends or worry if I’m ‘on trend’ but this season I’ve fallen hard. There are three trends I can’t get enough of and are super easy to work into your everyday wardrobe.

Off the shoulder
Most of you will be fans if you’re not already wearing it. Not only is it so comfy it’s flattering for every body type. There are so many tops and dresses at every price point available at the moment because it’s the trendy that is really hanging around. When buying remember to look for the way the top is made. For instance this Imonni Elene Top in Khaki I’m wearing has no given across the front but elastic across the back. I prefer that because it’s stream-lined across my décolletage and then has room for movement across the back. It sounds silly but small details like that make all the difference. Pieces within this trend come in so many different colours and cuts that you’re bound to find one you love and that suits your personal style.

Bell sleeves
Although this trend hasn’t been hanging around as much as the off-the-shoulder it’s one I’ve been loving even more. I love how it makes every outfit look really dramatic and high-end without making much of an effort at all. With this particular trend I think that it’s important to really keep everything a little more simple. I kept to a monochromatic look and then added a pop of print with my shoes for some edge – you guys know I love some edge! The top I’m wearing in these photos is very dramatic and I adore that it’s the main focal point with those insane fluted sleeves. Heaven!

It’s not much of a trend but there is some serious khaki hues coming through onto the market at the moment which I’m not complaining about one bit. Khaki and me are BFFL because I have hazel eyes but regardless it’s a shade every skin tone can pull off and look amazing. I particularly love it with black however I’m thinking I may need to purchase some white jeans and given them whirl with the shade too…
