BATH TIME FAVOURITES

5-bath-time-favourites

There is nothing more satisfying then lighting a candle, throwing your hair up in a bun and relaxing in a warm bath during the winter the cooler months. Here are 5 of our must-try products to soak in.

1. Elemis Spa Quiet Mind Relaxing Bath Elixir
This is an incredible one for when you’ve had a hard day and/or if you’re sick. This doesn’t make too many bubbles in the bath but it has patchouli and eucalyptus in there so the scent is VERY relaxing. I honestly almost feel asleep when I was soaking in this one! Perfect for those of you who are like me and don’t really enjoy the scent of lavender but you still want something that’ll help you unwind.

2. Sanctuary Spa Luxury Bath Float
In the past I haven’t been crazy on the scent of this line from Sanctuary Spa but in this case I really enjoy it because it’s a little more subtle. This particular product is one of those stock standard, good quality bath products to have stashed in your cupboard. It creates loads of bubbles and leaves your skin feeling super soft.

3. Lush Dreamtime Melt
Similar to the Elemis this doesn’t create too many bubbles but the scent really helps relax you and your skin literally feels like a baby’s bum after you’ve soaked in this bad boy. The scent has jasine, sandalwood, chamomile and lavender which is a combination I find less intense then the Elemis but still really relaxing.

4. Butterball Bath Bomb
Oh lordy, this and the Comforter from Lush are easily my all-time favourite Lush products. This has cocoa butter, vanilla and ylang-ylang so after you step out of the bath your skin feels incredible. It does give provide your bath with a sh*t tonne of bubbles too… And we all know Lush bubbles are the softest kind!

5. Aveda Shampure Composition Calming Aromatic Oil
A multi-purpose product for all body, bath and scalp that I only use in my baths. It’s a combination of ylang-ylang and lavender so alone I can find this super overpowering BUT alongside another product this acts as an amazing moisturising product for the body. Adding 3-5 drops into the bath this makes a notable difference to your skin when you hop out. Not something I personally would repurchase but I’m really enjoying it for now. If you’re a fan of lavender this is one you’d really enjoy!

I’m also a huge fan of the Lush Dreamtime Melt, and I love their Honey Bee bath bomb.
And I must say, that marble tray is just gorgeous! x

I have been having so many baths instead of showers since it’s been cool enough to do so!
