Body care is definitely something I’ve been trying to focus more on throughout the year because my skin is so dry. I find it a chore to apply moisturiser but I’m definitely getting a little better at doing it most day especially when I’m tanning. Here are my highlights from 2016.

Le Tan Self Tanning Foam
This only launched in October but I really enjoy the product so I had to include it. It applies really well and gives a great natural, dark colour within only a couple of hours. There isn’t too much of a scent at all and that is a huge plus if you really don’t love the smell of fake tan. I find this lasts well for about 5 days with moisturising daily and then I have to remove it because it starts going patchy but from me that works well because I usually tan for the weekend and remove it on a Tuesday.

St Tropez Gradual Tan Tinted
When I’m not doing a full body intense, foam tan I opt for this gradual tan and honestly this is the best gradual tanning product to use on its own! I can apply this at 8am and by the time I arrive at work at 9am my legs look like I’ve had a spray tan – I’m not even exaggerating! I get so many compliments when I’ve use this product because it is noticeable and dark without being orange or over the top. I love that I can apply it in the morning without too much though and I get a gorgeous even tan quickly. I find using it every second day really maintains the colour too – win!

Beach Road Naturals Body Oil
I’m a huge fan of the Beach Road Naturals line and I thought I’d give a quick shout out too the spray because I used it alot throughout the winter. It’s a great quick fix if you’ve just got out of the shower and can’t be bother working in a normal moisturiser. Spray this on damp skin and you don’t even really have to work it in just pat your skin dry and you’re good to go. We also use this on Simba’s paws because he is a diva dog haha!

Jergens Ultra Healing Moisturiser
This is a fairly basic moisturiser without any offensive scents which I really appreciate. It’s very rich which I like because I have really dry skin particularly on my legs and this really helps combat that. It does take a little too work into the skin because of how thick and rich it is but when I have the time I really enjoy using it. I do love my thick body butters however because this comes in a handy pump I find myself reaching for it a little bit more than a tub.

I prefer quick fix moisturizers, because I really am super lazy about putting on moisturizer after a shower. I’ll do it maybe once a year, haha! I normally just use baby oil and slather that on before I towel off and pat dry. My skin feels really nice afterwards.

The spray sounds really good because I am SO lazy to moisturise after I shower, I can never be bothered at all. Love that you use it on Simba as well, that’s so cute! haha
