4 EASY & HEALTHY(ISH) DESSERTS TO TRY

Desserts are my weakness and I know I’m not the only one… Right? Over the past year Isaac and I (mainly Isaac) have been experimenting with different ways to still get a sweet kick without loads of nasties. Here are four of our favourite recipes that you’ve gotta try!

1. Date Bliss Balls
I admit I don’t eat these regularly for dessert but when I do it’s because we have these in the fridge and I want something with a tea at night. These are great for snacks and so freaking yummy!

2. Dairy-Free Chocolate Mousses
Probably our most made and eaten dessert because it’s SO easy to whip together. This recipe tastes just like a chocolate mousse but the coconut cream and chia seeds give the whole thing an extra bit of something special. YUMMMMMMM.

3. Delicious Sugar-Free Oreos
I can’t take credit for these bad boys as I’ve never cooked them but I have eaten my fair share. These are overly sweet which I surprisingly like but are still extra delicious.

4. Healthy(ish) Banana Muffins
Banana Muffins are about the only dessert I regularly make because they’re so easy to throw together and can be eaten as a dessert or as a snack throughout the day. These ones are SO good and include two of my favourite ingredients dates and sunflower seeds!
