Where to even start?

I didn’t intend on having such a big break from my little space on the internet. It just happened. We went to visit my brother two weekends ago and even though I knew when we got back my work would be crazy I just couldn’t seem to get ahead like I usually do. Instead I decided to go away for the 4 days, enjoy it and deal with everything when we got back. As soon as we arrived back into cold Victoria I was off the next day on a buying trip for work. In four days we did the four hour round trip to Melbourne a few times and I was just exhausted. This time of year is so busy for me at work it seemed silly to run myself into the ground trying to keep up with the blog when I am my own boss.

Now things are settling back down. We only have two more buying trips to go then we are completely done for buying for next winter so everything will be focused back onto the new arrivals instore. It’s a crazy time of year but in a good way! It just hasn’t left much spare time for blogging or socialising at the moment. I’m a bit of a routine gal so I’ve really struggled with letting go of that routine of being home 2-3 days a week to working 6 days in a row, driving down to Melbourne and just general craziness. I’m constantly exhausted!

We also got some very exciting news that you guys will find out in December. NOT PREGGO. But we are pretty pumped to share it with you guys. I’m totally being one of those people but it’ll be so worth the wait.

So overall my mind has been foggy, I feel like I’m constantly playing catch up and I have no idea when I’ll be back on an every-second-day  blogging basis but I promise it’ll be as soon as I have enough time.

What has been happening for you guys? Anything fun?

I totally know what it’s like when real life gets so overwhelming and you feel really behind on everything, but I’m sure you’ll be able to catch up and feel like you’re back in your routine soon enough. :)

I laughed out loud at the NOT PREGGO disclaimer – I will admit it crossed my mind when you said news haha :P Hopefully you get back into your routine soon. I am a big routine person and struggle when I get out of it too.

hope all goes well babe and cant wait to find out the good news in December. I went through that phase when I came back from Perth. I just couldn’t get back into the groove of things and I’m still in that state now but slowly and surely getting back into it too.
