Working out at home is what suits some people best. It can be more convenient and sometimes, it’s just nice to have your own space to do your own thing. Here are a few tips on how to kick-ass at working out at home.
– if you have to have a snack first! Hangry peeps never workout well.
– know what you’re going to do before the day.
– seek out Youtube videos for quick, targeted work out routines. Blogilates is a great one!
– create an awesome playlist.
– take the time to create and memorise a few different go-to routines.
– improvise. Not having the equipment = substitute for another similar exercise not skipping it.
– mix it up! Keep it interesting.
– don’t rush. You’re at home so take the time to do a great, challenging routine.
– remember to push yourself! You maybe alone but you won’t see results if you don’t push.
