If you’re on the hunt for some ace hair product this is the post for you. Instead of selecting three products to chat about I’ve glazed over the best of the best hair brands and my top recommendations from each brand.

Paul Mitchell
Sometimes Paul Mitchell is a brand that gets overlooked however I’m really obsessed with the brand. Each product is fantastic quality and there is a range that covers most hair concerns. For me I do prefer the styling products over the shampoo and conditioners as a whole however the blonde range is probably my pick from the shower products. The shampoo does a great job at getting rid of any brassiness and the conditioner is really hydrating. If you’re fighting frizz the Moisture Mist is a must and the Ultimate Wave Cream is great for pre-styling to prolong any tousled waved looks – win!

Kevin Murphy
The smell of KM products is incredible – sweet but not sickly and it lingers in your hair that perfect amount. My hairdressers use Kevin Murphy and it’s a reliable brand across the board. I really love the Angel.Wash duo from the brand. It is the little bit more expensive but it’s honestly so good and long-lasting because you use only the smallest amount at a time. The Blonde.Angel is another high quality toning shampoo for blondes that I really recommend. Last up Un.Tangled – the best detangling product I’ve ever used for unmanageable, knotty hair.

Oribe
Before you all scream that it’s too expensive I bloody know because I buy the products and I wouldn’t unless they were really worth it. The scent is a very intense one but luckily it doesn’t linger so I can look past it and I would even if it did linger because it’s just so damn good. Even though I’ve used and loved the shampoo and conditioners there hasn’t been a set that I’ve tried that has blown me out of the water. The products that I find worth the spend are the styling ones in particular the dry texturising spray, masque for coloured hair and  moisturising cream. Although I do spend on them there are similar products out there but for me they’re just that little bit better so worth the extra $10-20.

Have you tried any of these brands? What are your favourite haircare brands?

Paul Mitchell for me too!! I use that Nuxe dry oil on my hair. Love My Organics from Chemist Warehouse. L’Oreal’s supermarket hair gloss in the Elvive range is great too.

Ugh, I love my Oribe Dry Texturising Spray so much. I wish it wasn’t so damn expensive and hard to find here! I loooove the smell, and I love that it isn’t crunchy or gross. I’d love to try some of their other products, the only other product I own is the Volumizing Spray but unfortunately my scalp doesn’t like it so I can only use it sparingly!
