First off a huge thank you for the feedback on last months post! I’m so happy you guys found this round up helpful and lots of you guys went a purchased some of the goodies so I’m excited to see snaps – make sure you tag or DM me!!! It literally makes me so happy!
It’s been a little while since I’ve purchased myself a Steele dress and I know what you’re thinking – don’t you own enough Steele dresses but they’re just my favourite. They are an investment but for me with my job the cost per wear is so minimal I don’t mind spending a little bit extra. This particular one I wasn’t sure about because it’s so girly but it is completely different to anything else I own. It also came in a maxi dress I was considering however I opted for the shorter length in the end and I am so stoked with it.
What I’m wearing: Feather & Noise Dylan Sweater & Chelsea Skirt | Raen Round Sunglasses | Mollini Backless Boots (not current) | ASOS Baker Boy Cap | Shanghai Suzy Fire Engine Red (gifted) | Patches Bag (not current, similar linked )
One of the worst decisions I ever made for myself was starting those styling Insta-stories I do once or twice a week because I JUST WANT TO BUY ALL THE THINGS! I spotted this skirt and, with my growing midi obsession, I knew it had to be mine. Bec had also tagged me in this jumper forever ago in grey so I decided to team it with that. I am in love! This is really my ‘off-duty’ look but for my work it is absolutely perfect and I love having pieces like this that are no brainers.
What I’m wearing: Nobody Denim Bessette Jeans (size 29, small fit) | Basic Stripey top (not current, similar linked) | Tartan Overskirt (not current, similar linked) | ghd curve (gifted) | Black Tote (not current, similar linked) |The Prism Hat | Raen Round Sunglasses
This is an outfit I’ve worn so many times this month I’ve lost count! At the same time I bought that dress I decided to try on a new cut (to me) of jean from my fave label Nobody Denim. Although they are expensive I never ever let that deter me because they’re the best denim brand I’ve come across and they’re made in Melbourne! This particular cut is high waist and straight leg which is exactly what I’ve been enjoying most in jeans at the moment. The tartan overskirt is actually a dress I bought a few years ago at Sportgirl but I must prefer wearing it open and as a layering piece! I’ve also included the hair curler that I use in the links because I’ve been getting so many DM’s about it lately – it is the best thing since slice bread for beachy waves.
What I’m wearing: Imagine Dress in Aztec (gifted, size 8) | Reflective Silver Glasses (not current, similar linked) | The Prism Hat | Scholl Light Leg Tights (gifted, size M) | Black Tote (not current, similar linked) | Sol Sana Melody Boots
I wore this dress three days in a row to work and thankfully nobody asked any questions. IT IS SO COMFY! I’m a big fan of one hit wonders for work because I’m usually rushing or don’t have time to style up a whole outfit. This dress is the perfect chuck on and go, it doesn’t cling anywhere and it’s just super comfy. The print is so unique and you guys know I love my blue!
This was probably my most popular outfit this month and I think it’s fair to say it’s because we are all craving spring!!! The blue in this dress is so vibrant, especially against the white wall, and the print is perfect for a cactus lover like me. The Maggie cut from Little Party Dress is by far one of my all time favourite dresses because it’s such an easy-wear and comfortable cute. Bring on Spring!!!
I’ve found myself very excited for spring weather so I can’t wait to see what September brings! Hopefully so warmer weather so I can ditch the tights for good. I’d love to hear what you have been loving to wear this month and if you’re seen anything around I’d love.
What was your favourite outfit from this month?
