Applying eye cream is a step some skip however it’s something I’ve been in the habit of doing for the past three years as I find it really helps with problems I may have in the area like dryness and dehydration lines. Although the results aren’t always instant with persistence you can really notice a difference with the application of concealer and the general health of the area (promise!).
