My usual colour palette is pretty plain. I’m a monochromatic, denim lover and I’ve never been afraid of admitting it. If you’re a long time follower you’ll know that I’ve been playing around with my style and loving every second of it. Whilst trying new things I discovered the colour green.

It’s funny because normally I would look at a green dress/top whatever and think ‘god no’ but there is something about the khakis, deep sea greens and the combination of black I just can’t get enough of. This Tobi Marilee Lettuce Hem Shift Dress is the perfect example of that deep green I’ve been loving and with black it makes my heart hurt it’s THAT GOOD.

If you’ve been wanting to try out green I’d suggest starting off with a khaki because it seems to suit everyone. I particularly love a good khaki shade on brunettes – incredible!

Love the texture of the dress! It’s very interesting! I love green! I’ve got a deep green top and a bright green dress. I would love to expand this colour range of my wardrobe lol.

I love green! I feel like I used to like it a lot more than I do now (The Minted Blog, yeahhhh) but I’m being drawn to lots of emeralds and khakis lately!

PS this dress looks stunning on you!
