Yes hullo old friends, it’s been a few weeks since I’ve been properly online and probably closer to a couple of months since I REALLY sat down to work on my online content.

I knew 2018 was gonna be big. We got married in 2017 and kinda postponed any sort of big life changes like moving somewhere knew because I was struggling with my mental health.

The past couple of years I’ve been pretty darn vocal about being #CONFIDENT in your own body. I’ve been an advocate for slaying your inner voice telling you that you’re not good enough and shouted about self love whilst topless on the internet.

Recently I did a very scary thing and uploaded a topless photo of me to my Instagram. Before you get your knickers in a twist and call my Mum to express your disappointment it wasn’t anything R-rated. Kelsey from A Balancing Peach mentioned building a grateful heart this year and I thought god I need to give that a go. Here is a one-liner for the month of February and honestly this really helped me on the darkest of days feel a bit brighter.
